Volpatt Construction was awarded the renovation of the existing space on the 3rd floor of West Penn Hospital’s Mellon Pavilion to create a new Oncology Center. The main scope of the work was to renovate the existing suite to create a new patient treatment center. Volpatt was hired to provide selective demolition and complete modernization of the area. The construction included modifications to interior architectural spaces; new partition walls, new finishes on ceilings, walls and floors, and alterations and upgrades to existing mechanical, plumbing, electrical, and fire protection systems.
