With this in mind, we are committed to maintaining a working environment that is free from conditions that may be detrimental to the health of our employees and to comply with all regulations set forth by OSHA as they pertain to our industry.

Our responsible EMR rate is a testament to the attitudes and culture that is enforced on our job sites to ensure the safety of all workers, job site personnel and tenant occupants. We encourage our workforce to be alert, safety conscious and proactive in eliminating potential safety hazards. We require them to understand our Safety Program, and we expect them to voice their concerns and provide their input as we work toward our goal of zero accidents.
