PROJECT SUMMARY
In 2016, Volpatt Construction was selected to complete the renovations to St. Peter Church under a negotiated GMP. The primary focus of the project was to restore the original architectural design elements in conjunction with significant upgrades to the building systems and sacramental elements. The scope of work included replacing the existing heating system, cooling system, electrical system, millwork enclosures, gypsum board enclosures, historic millwork restoration, casework, limited renovation, and other associated finishes.
