Stabilization and repairs to the plaster walls and ceilings damaged by a tornado began in November of 2020. Prior to mobilization, the design-build team from Volpatt and Hayes Design Group assessed the scope of work and developed a plan to protect the Church from further damage and assessed the scope of work required to restore St. Mary’s. In addition to interior renovation and plaster restoration, the team rebuilt the damaged bell tower, stabilized the structure, replaced the roof, and addressed all finishes that were affected by the event.
