Volpatt Construction was responsible for building a two-story vertical addition to hold physicians’ offices and a chemotherapy area with private and semi-private treatment spaces. A concrete building addition was constructed to accommodate a new linear accelerator as well as the renovation to the existing operating room facility. The project as completed under CM At-Risk with a Negotiated GMP and separate prime MEP contracts.
