As CM At-Risk with a negotiated GMP, Volpatt Construction was hired in 2010 to complete a major renovation and restoration of the church. Although there had been several renovations over the years, few were of this magnitude. The project included complete interior restoration that occurred while the Parish continued use of the Church. Highlights include hand carved marble at the Cathedral and Altar Frontal, hand-painted
stenciling on the ceilings, and faux finished hand-crafted detailed plaster which resembles the original marble and woodwork throughout the building.
