The 8th floor is a high-profile place with administrators who work through summer and into the evenings. Volpatt has specific experience working within the Cathedral of Learning and is familiar with the historic building’s more stringent construction procedures. The scope of work for the full renovation of this suite included the replacement of the roof and installation of the modular skylights, restroom renovations, heating system conversion, replacement of stained-glass windows, and custom casework installation. The building was continuously occupied with daily operations undisrupted during the construction phase.
