This single story, steel framed structure required the installation of custom millwork, cutting-edge VR/AV equipment, and higher end finishes to achieve a museum-like atmosphere. Through our delivery of cost analysis assistance, we were able to save early contingency dollars to maintain the desired aesthetic while staying budget.
