PROJECT SUMMARY

Plans to upgrade the old Engineering & Science Building into a modern learning space required a new addition, major infrastructure upgrades, and interior renovations which include a chemical engineering lab, simulation lab, computer classroom, faculty offices, auditorium, collaboration space, and a corridor to connect to an existing building. During preconstruction, Volpatt worked with the University and its design team to establish a phasing, logistics, and move management plan that allowed for the continued use of the building during construction and shortened the schedule by four months.
