PROJECT SUMMARY

Volpatt Construction was faced with numerous challenges on the site of this early 1900’s industrial facility. Prior to beginning the major phases of project work the Volpatt Construction team successfully abated lead-based materials and reclaimed the contaminated site. In addition, ongoing budgetary constraints were handled through weekly meetings with the project team, the owner and the architect. The cohesive group successfully worked together to help devise creative strategies for maintaining the architect’s vision while keeping the project within the owner’s time and budget requirements
