3,000 SF addition with renovation of an existing 2 story 6,500 SF building originally built in 1967. The project dramatically changed both the interior and exterior of the library, providing a gabled roof and brick exterior to mimic its residential surroundings. The floor to ceiling windows provide a natural light through the building, new children’s and teens’ sections, a media lab, ADA accessibility and extensive space for community engagement.
