This project was competitively bid with four prime contracts and a total program in excess of $50 Million. The 5 phase project included construction of a new Mezzanine level and renovations to labs, classrooms, faculty offices and auditoria on 6 floors. Four new mechanical shafts were built on the exterior of the building for upgrades to the HVAC system and the building’s roof was replaced. All work was completed while the building remained fully operational.
