PROJECT SUMMARY
Volpatt Construction provided Pre-Construction services and CM Services on this six-phase project that spanned four school years to allow for continued use of the building. The renovation included a new elevator tower, replacement of the building skin and renovation of five floors for the Chemistry, Physics, Biology and Computer Science departments. The project also included complete replacement of the building’s MEP systems
